Kim Harley has been the best real estate agent I've worked with. She was very professional, knowledgeable, and a great advocate for us in the process. She provided so much help choosing a neighborhood, builder, and making sure that we found something that met our requirements now but also considered resale value in case we move again. She helped us figure out logistics with remote closing and make those arrangements, get the inspection done remotely, and made sure all outstanding issues were resolved by the builder before we closed. We moved almost a thousand miles on a tight timeline which was a difficult process, but Kim made the home purchase part of it so much better than I could have hoped - we're very grateful for her going above and beyond, and I highly recommend using her if you have the opportunity.

Kim Harley is truly an asset to your company. I wouldn't just recommend your real estate agency, I would specifically recommend Kim Harley. She went above and beyond to advocate for us and make sure we not only fully understood the process on both sides. She read the extremely long contact presented by the builder in a very short period of time to help us. She made us welcome in our new home with a basket of local goodies and local publications along with dinner in our new fridge. It meant so much to me. Kim Harley is a very proactive person and during the entire buying process she was very helpful. From the very beginning we met, she was hands on for the house search scheduling house tours and appointments.
